Dashboard

The Dashboard area is where you can see everything at a glance. It is a snapshot of the main results from your iCashbook.

 

iCashbook Dashboard

  1. The bank account display area. View your bank balances. Notes what transactions are not yet coded (i.e categorised). Shows whether the account is registered or not for auto bank feeds.

  2. Place your mouse over the blue information icon and details of the last 10 bank transactions are displayed. Place your mouse over the red question mark circle for highlighted explanation.

  3. The credit card account display area. View your card balances. Notes what transactions are not yet coded. Shows whether the card is registered or not for auto card feeds. Place your mouse over the blue cross and details of the last 10 card transactions are displayed. Place your mouse over the red question mark circle for explanations.

  4. Displays the balance you have in cash. Notes what transactions are not yet coded..

  5. This area displays the summary of your Budget.

  6. Chosen selection of Budget items chosen from 'Money In' and 'Money Out' tabs.

  7. All Budget items for Income.

  8. All Budget items for Expenses.

  9. Visual Pie Chart representation of Income and Expenses.
