Bank & Credit Card Accounts

This is the page that contains details of your bank accounts and credit cards. Select the tab required.

The area where you add the accounts opening balance and the date for that opening balance. Note that if the balance for your bank account is in debit ( in overdraft) put a minus sign “ – “ in front of the amount to show that you owe this money to your bank. The same goes for credit card balances which are usually in minus (“ – “) unless you are in credit (have money) in your card. No minus sign is required if you are not in overdraft or you have money in your credit card.

The display area shows the details for each including their balances and transactions not yet categorised

Make sure you enter the correct opening balance in your bank account or credit card and the date of that opening balance. This is important.
