Drag & Drop into Code Baskets

One key feature of iCashbook is the drag and drop categorization. Drag and drop is an easy and fast way to classify transactions that haven’t had memorization rules set for them nor have been automatically coded by iCashbook.

To drag and drop you simply:

1. Sort all transactions so they are grouped together.
2. Select by highlighting all transactions that need to be categorised to a certain code in your Chart of Accounts.
3. Drag the transactions into the code basket on your floating Account Codes box.
4. Drop the transactions into the appropriate code basket. You have now coded all selected transactions for that category.
5. Repeat for all other transactions either individually or grouped until all transactions are coded.

No other coding process in any accounting software today can match this coding system for speed and efficiency.
